For Companies or Entities:

1. Proof of Identity and Address of the Entity: Certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Companies, partnership deed (for partnerships), trust deed (for trusts), etc.

2. Proof of Identity and Address of Promoters/Partners/Trustees: Similar to individuals, you would need to provide ID and address proofs for the individuals associated with the entity.

3. Date of Incorporation/Formation of Entity: Certificate of Incorporation or Registration issued by the relevant authority.
