About HCLFoundation
HCLFoundation delivers the corporate social responsibility agenda of HCLTech in India through its flagship programmes and special initiatives. It is a not-for-profit organization committed to contributing towards national and international development goals by creating a lasting and positive impact through long-term sustainable programmes. HCLFoundation aims to alleviate poverty and promote inclusive growth and development. Its approach is rooted in active community engagement to ensure long-term impact and accountability. It operates through a Life Cycle Based, Integrated Community Development Approach, focusing on key thematic areas such as Education, Health, Skill Development and Livelihood, Environment, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Response. Child protection strategies, inclusion, and gender transformative approaches are central to all initiatives, ensuring comprehensive development. Submission details and deadlines

v.Memorandum of Association and or By- Laws which clearly indicate that the organizational objective is to work on the lines of DRRM

vii.FCRA certification (Not Mandatory)
viii.Last three-year Income Tax return (ITR)
ix.Audited financials for the last three years
x.Details and brief of board of Directors Details including independent members and political affiliations, if any.
xi.Organizational Policies such as but not limited to
(1) Finance and accounting;
2) Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH);
3) HR policy; 4) Child Protection policy;
5) Procurement policy;
6) Data protection/Information Technology policy;
7) Whistle blowers’ policy;
8) Conflict of interest;
9) Code of conduct
B.Proof Of Concept documents to be submitted
i.Last year’s Annual Report
ii.Minimum of three years’ experience working in the domain for emergency response during disasters supported by submission of at least 3 project reports not older than 3 years.
iii.Any government collaboration or endorsement letter
