Director’s Documents:

• PAN Card: Copy of the PAN card of the proposed director(s).
• Identity Proof: A copy of Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, or driver’s license.
• Address Proof: A recent utility bill, bank statement, passport, or voter ID.

Registered Office Documents:

• Address Proof: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), property tax receipt, rental agreement (if rented property), and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner if applicable.

Nominee Documents:

• A nominee is required to be appointed in case of OPC, and their consent and identity proofs will be needed.

Other Documents:

• Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA): These are the constitutional documents of the company that outline its objectives, structure, and rules of operation.
• Declaration by Director and Nominee: A declaration that they are not disqualified to act as a director or nominee in an OPC.
• Consent to Act as Director and Nominee: Consent in writing to act as a director and nominee, respectively.
• Subscriber Sheet: A document that includes the details of the subscriber(s) to the MOA.
• Specimen Signature: Specimen signatures of the director and nominee.
