1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Service Errors: If we make a mistake in your tax filing

  • Non-Delivery: If services aren’t provided within promised timelines

  • Duplicate Charges: For accidental multiple payments

  • Cancellation: For unused prepaid services canceled within 24 hours

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Completed tax filings (unless error is on our end)

  • Consultation sessions after they occur

  • Subscription fees after service period begins

  • Digital downloads once accessed

3. Cancellation Policy

For Scheduled Services:

  • Consultations: Cancel up to 12 hours before appointment for full refund

  • Tax Preparation: Cancel within 24 hours of booking if no documents submitted

For Subscriptions:

  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime (no refund for current month)

  • Annual plans: Cancel within 30 days for prorated refund

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit request within 7 days of service completion

  2. Email info@taxpayservices.com with:

    • Your invoice number

    • Detailed reason for request

    • Supporting documentation

  3. We’ll respond within 3-5 business days

  4. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds for:

    • Changes in tax laws affecting your filing

    • User errors in provided information

    • Services rendered as described

  • Chargebacks may result in service suspension

6. How to Cancel

To cancel services:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard

  2. Go to “My Services”

  3. Select “Request Cancellation”

  4. Follow prompts
